In 1986 I took my first (and only) Stained Glass class. Since then I would describe myself as self-taught. I can credit my mother for giving me a creative spirit and drive! She can do anything.
All of my pieces are unique. I do my research to come up with one-of-a-kind designs. Or I may use a photo as with the dog portraits. And I always welcome custom orders!
Many pieces require something other than glass work and I do that as well; such as cutting the substrate into shapes, routing the inset, wire work or wrapping and more. I've even melted down a wine bottle to get the right shade of glass for a repair. Art is limitless!!!
This website is a way for you to get to know me and what I can do. Keep in mind that it's not all-inclusive. There's much more that I've done and can do! If you see something you like in the Gallery just Contact me to check availability; otherwise, I'd love to create something new you or someone else will cherish forever.
And....if you have a cherished piece that's broken - I also do repairs.
